What are the working hours for this cleaning position?
The working hours are part-time, 15 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, 5 PM to 8 PM.
Will I need to undergo a background check?
Yes, employment in this role requires a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which will be covered by the Trust.
Is prior cleaning or catering experience necessary for this role?
Experience is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided for all duties.

Yes, additional hours are usually available to cover annual leave and sickness absence, depending on the needs of the service.
What types of duties will I be responsible for in this role?
Duties will primarily include cleaning within the Medical Centre, supporting catering by serving meals and drinks, and performing porter duties such as collecting samples and receiving deliveries.
Will I receive support during my training period?
Yes, you will receive support, uniform, and will shadow experienced staff to become confident in your role.
