Responsibilities

  • Develop and share client knowledge at boutique level
  • Follow client KPIs, impulse/share client analysis, gather qualitative data on client profiles and behaviors (from top clients to resellers)
  • Challenge Fashion Advisors on the client database quality and be the key point person on all related topics (mergers, global 3-division database…)
  • Monitor the performance of the FAs on their client portfolio via the objectives set up through clienteling @CHANEL (local clients/local RTW clients /top clients)
  • Ensure client experience excellence in boutique and beyond
  • Coach all boutique teams on the ultimate client experience expected at CHANEL (Pulse Index/mystery shopping visits), working closely with client coordinators
  • Suggest improvement of existing services or implement new services (InCHANEL, online appointment booking…), monitor adoption and share user’s feedback
  • Ensure « CHANEL & moi » philosophy adoption and partner with Operations team to follow up on after-sales services (commercial gestures, client complaints…)
  • Infuse the right clienteling mindset and support Fashion Advisors in their client portfolio development (MyLittleBlackBook, client one-to-one communications, gifting…)
  • Orchestrate events for the clients of the boutique in close collaboration with the local Marketing manager
  • Define client targeting for each event typology, to upgrade existing clients or further engage/surprise top clients
  • Be an ambassador of the House during in boutique events (clients personalized welcome, coordination of external partners…)
  • Ensure a quantitative and qualitative follow up post-events
  • + Marketing budget follow up
