Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Sales, Compliance, Credit, Legal and Tax teams to onboard new clients, while ensuring excellent customer service and a smooth process
  • Assist the EMEA sales teams with Onboarding related requests during London business hours
  • Ensure we follow FCA requirements for client onboarding where applicable and work closely with Compliance to escalate any issues
  • Manage priority items received from multiple teams across various locations
  • Connect with teams locally and across regions to facilitate knowledge sharing
  • Contribute to enhancing the features and functionality of the Client Onboarding portal
  • Ad-hoc onboarding tasks such as DDQ requests, onboarding transitions across Galaxy entities and tracking KPIs
