Responsibilities

  • As a Client Relationship Executive (m/f/d), you will build direct relationships with clients by providing proactive solutions and managing client expectations according to their priorities and objectives. In doing so, you will emphasise the added value of working with us.
  • You will independently identify sales opportunities and create and manage their pipeline.
  • You will present relevant Bird & Bird experts to customers and attend customer meetings in person.
  • Proactively coordinate and communicate with the global client team, monitor industry and client trends and ensure that the team is always informed about client developments. You will utilise research tools such as Dun & Bradstreet, Introhive and LinkedIn or review press releases.
  • You will create reports and carry out analyses of legal spend.
  • As a client relations expert, you will implement effective feedback processes in collaboration with the client listening team.
  • You will work closely with CRM and MBD colleagues to ensure that campaigns (including events and publications) are targeted to relevant client contacts.
  • Furthermore, you will build close relationships with our partners by supporting them at client meetings, including the creation of customised documentation to help win new business.
