Responsibilities

  • Responsible for preparing Vendor and Client reports based on defined frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.) by sourcing the reporting information from various applications and/ or teams to distribute accurate client reports within prescribed deadlines.
  • Support in handling vendor queries appropriately and promptly, as well as handling basic queries.
  • To work under direct supervision and assist in transitioning work from local offices.
  • Strictly adhere to policies & procedures while producing reports and due diligence in completing with the highest standards and accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate and complete process documentation.
  • Keep a close track of Product Changes and timely updates to Vendors.
  • Work on Quality/Audit checks of the Vendor data and ensure correct data is available on the Vendor platforms.
  • Worked on data checks/tests of various items for projects and assisted project managers with issues with items tested.
  • Assist local offices with systems testing (i.e., Investment Portal, or Vendor platforms) or heavy production periods.
  • Ensure Team Lead/ Manager is made aware of any item that is deemed to be aware of.
