Requirements

  • An undergraduate university degree or equivalent in environmental studies/sciences or other relevant disciplines. We are open to candidates from various backgrounds provided you are good with numbers and are keenly interested in client support and data management.
  • 1+ year experience in client support.
  • You are well organized, able to prioritize and can adapt well to shifting priorities and schedules.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent client service and relationship-building skills. A general desire to ensure our client’s success in leveraging our products and services.
  • A problem-solving and trouble-shooting mentality.
  • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork.
  • It is essential you have a keen eye for detail. A steep learning curve is anticipated.
  • Experience with MS Office suite and products such as: MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
  • Asset: Experience with SQL.

Responsibilities

  • Work with our clients and utility providers to maintain accurate billing and consumption data.
  • Use data processing tools to maintain completeness and integrity of incoming data.
  • Perform data verification checks. Identify, document, and communicate anomalies to our clients.
  • Monitor and maintain utility consumption models that directly impact forecast/budget activities.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex product and data related inquiries.
  • Become a subject matter expert in the relevant product and vertical domains.
  • Support with annual reporting needs and client deliverables e.g. Government benchmarking submissions.
  • Liaise with client sustainability and property teams to successfully leverage our products to meet their operational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with other Brightly teams to ensure clients receive outstanding service.
