What is the main focus of the Clinical Pharmacist position in the Pharmacy Admissions and Discharge Team (PADT)?
The main focus of the position is to deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services to patients in the Acute Medical Unit (AMU), Frailty Unit, and Short-Stay Assessment Center (SAC) at the Northern General Hospital Site.
