  • Verify the approval or rejection of all incoming raw materials to ensure they meet technical specifications agreed upon with suppliers.
  • Contribute to defining the specifications of new products.
  • Provide technical support and assistance through site visits to customers and General/Sales Managers when requested by the Lab Manager.
  • During site visits, report back to the Lab Manager about any applicative and technological knowledge that may improve laboratory activities.
  • Represent the company at tradeshows or events when requested.
  • In cooperation with the Lab Manager, investigate product complaints from customers, propose corrective or preventive actions, and verify their effectiveness.
  • Manage and control the calibration of all laboratory equipment.
  • Perform tests and suggest instructions for recovering non-compliant products returned by customers or non-compliant production material.
  • Ensure proper and correct information flow to other colleagues to increase the technical function of the laboratory.
  • Keep the workplace and lab instruments clean and tidy.
  • Ensure all data regarding new formulations are completed in SAP in a timely manner.
