  • Work with the Commercial Process team to analyse and improve commercial processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions
  • Assess current practices and develop recommendations to enhance efficiency, reduce risk and improve accuracy. Own and drive initiatives to streamline commercial operations
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across sales, legal, finance and operations to optimise workflows and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Leverage company data and analytics to measure process effectiveness, generate insights, and recommend technology - and data-driven solutions to improve commercial workflows
  • Develop materials and guidelines to upskill teams on commercial process optimisation, working with the Commercial and Enablement function to support the implementation of best practices and process automation to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Work with stakeholders to implement tracking mechanisms that monitor deal cycle performance and pinpoint areas for improvement
  • Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment on process improvements and fostering a culture of continuous optimisation
  • Adapt to evolving business needs and thrive in a fast-changing commercial environment
