Responsibilities

  • Draft, review and negotiate client agreements and ancillary legal documentation
  • Negotiate contracts with third party providers, working closely with our Compliance teams for regulatory input
  • Act as an escalation point to the commercial paralegal team in the first instance and provide technical feedback where necessary
  • Collaborate with the commercial paralegal team to maintain and update template agreements and implement process developments
  • Support the wider Legal team with internal projects and various commercial matters
  • Maintain up-to-date legal knowledge to ensure compliance with relevant policies and legislation
