  • We are seeking a candidate with 10+ years of experience in marketing; strategically leading a commercial or sales function within the media space, with direct influencer marketing experience a big plus.
  • You should have experience of selling agency-style services to a range of different clients including selling directly to brands with strong client relationship skills
  • Skilled at building strong stakeholder relationships; including with external clients and a range of different internal teams
  • You must have relationships within key clients and agencies in the market
  • Excellent proposal and presentation skills, with the ability to present to both internal and external stakeholders
  • You should have an understanding of what it takes to work with an early-stage company.
  • You should be able to show evidence of success in growing a customer base from the ground up.
  • You have an appetite for new challenges and a constant drive towards improvement
  • A self-starter who can build and manage the processes necessary to both deliver success and measure performance

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth; Executing our revenue growth strategy across existing clients, platform partners and new prospects to achieve our annual revenue and margin goals.
  • Building an industry-leading brand reputation; You will have an active presence in the market, delivering our positioning and growing the reputation of the Influencer brand across the industry (in partnership with our marketing team) - both through how we market and pitch ourselves to prospective clients, to how we maintain strong relationships with longstanding accounts.
  • Pitching: You will be accountable for oversight of our sales pipeline, ensuring that cross functional colleagues are supported and managed when and where appropriate to maximise conversion.
  • Scoping and Pricing: Working in partnership with client service leads to appropriately scope and price campaigns to drive sales at required margin levels whilst remaining competitive in market
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Building revenue and margin projections and forecasts for anticipated growth and reporting on results on an ongoing basis.
  • Sales Team Management: Lead, manage and be accountable for a team of sellers driving opportunity generation and overseeing responses to briefs.
