Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Act as a leader and director in Commercial East Area (CEA) reporting to the Area Vice President (AVP) and a member of the US Commercial (USC) leadership team, you will be a representative to both internal and external discussions and engagements.
  • This role serves in multiple capacities as a member of the CEA Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in partnership with the Area Sales Vice President and Systems Engineering Director. This includes activities similar to the role of Chief of Staff, Chief Operating Officer and Transformation Management aligned to the business needs.
  • Highly collaborative – leverage the collective strengths and resources of Cisco
  • Data Driven Insights and Actions - Possesses the proficiency to navigate through large and complex data sets, extract meaningful insights, establish a strategic viewpoint, and develop plans with clear, measurable outcomes for accountability and tracking progress
  • Innovate - Enhance processes through optimization and automation, leading to increased efficiency and innovative solutions within the organization.
  • Leader - Lead teams to bring strategy to execution and engage with Executive Leaders and collaborators to inspire change initiatives
  • Engage with Sales, Sales Engineering and Sales Finance Leadership to continually define and lead investment, budgets, etc.
  • Identify and communicate impacts to all collaborators, including the Americas and supporting groups
  • Define and socialize success metrics; provide the management, communication, and governance to support the business objectives
