  • Providing commercial insight to Trading Director
  • Analyse financial and trading data across all channels to inform decision making.
  • Deep dive analysis into store, online and concession performance and profitability to identify opportunities and quick wins to deliver commercial growth.
  • Analysis of channel and product performance against targets for sales, promotions, margin. Identification of trends and provide recommendations for performance improvements to maximise opportunities and to highlight any risks to targets.
  • Input into contract negotiations with 3rd parties to ensure long term profitability of agreements.
  • Build excellent working relationships with all channel heads and supporting departments (eg logistics and Merchandising) to help trialling and implementing initiatives.
  • Ways of Working:
  • You will work closely with both the trading channels and the finance team
  • This is a forward looking, fast paced role requiring the candidate to work well with ambiguity.
  • You will be in a position, to help the business deliver immediate results in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will help to build the budget and keep the forecast revised while in the year, however the final Management Accounts and validation of the full P&L budget and forecasts will rest with the finance team.
