  • Support projects to enhance contracting models and terms, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Assist in negotiating partnership contracts and supply agreements, driving strategic partnerships forward.
  • Provide clear and pragmatic legal guidance to stakeholders, helping them understand legal risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on legal matters, including disputes, regulatory projects, and legislative changes.
  • Develop and comply with legal and compliance policies, promoting a culture of compliance and risk management.
  • Influence strategic approaches for projects and partnerships, working closely with business leads.
  • Manage external legal providers and ensure effective risk management across Business.
  • Promote legal and commercial awareness, providing training and support to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance teams on cross-functional initiatives.
