  • 6 years of experience in a technology contracting, deal desk, legal, or sales operations environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with enterprise customers to lead business and agreement consultations, manage objections, socialize customer requests with internal stakeholders, and coordinate approvals. Review and prepare agreement redlines, using custom language, and fallbacks as appropriate.
  • Build relationships with teams to accelerate agreements, drive continuous process improvement, attend forecast calls, staff meetings, and business reviews to keep apprised of priorities. Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to the internal stakeholder groups including, without limitation, Sales Leadership, Global Business Practices, Legal, Finance, and Product Development.
  • Manage expectations of and present solutions that address issues and objections raised to, internal, and external stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic stewardship on agreement negotiations to all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively across the global organization with key leaders to formulate and advance key initiatives that result in efficiently closing agreements.
