Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Global Shisha Customer Service team and Sales Managers
  • Keep monitoring the progress of all tasks while reaching out to other stakeholders to guarantee a smooth flow of information and analysis required by the team to fulfil all Export Shisha (Nakhla) orders to various distributors worldwide
  • Responsible for managing Customer Master Data on both: Dynamics system and Spreadsheet
  • Responsible for reviewing all internal memos for new customers, prices, skw, and credit limits prior reflecting it on the system and spreadsheets. Liaising all updates with concerned stakeholders
  • Track customer invoices/credit notes; monitor customer collection in collaboration with finance and send internal reports for overdue invoices to stakeholders
  • Ensure timely purchase order issuance as well as good receipts booking and accurate update of budget file
  • Responding to all enquiries sent by email, and reverting to the sales team
  • Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to provide an 18-month rolling forecast - based on ASP, LE and the latest market strategy
  • Responsible for meeting all deadlines related to uploading forecasts on the system, which triggers the production volume planning on the factory side
  • Work closely with Distributors and sales to consolidate and review the inventory in the markets while also coordinating and following up on shipments' arrival to markets
  • Work closely with Marketing and NPD to update the SKW database
