Responsibilities

  • Créer une expérience positive à chaque interaction avec le client et trouver des moyens de contribuer à l'amélioration continue de l'expérience globale de la clientèle du magasin du centre de services;
  • Promouvoir et vendre les produits disponibles en magasin;
  • Fournir des réponses aux questions des clients liées aux produits (Disponibilité de l'inventaire, délais de livraison, etc.);
  • Communiquer toutes informations pertinentes aux représentants afin de s'assurer que les clients reçoivent un service qui répondre à l'ensemble de leurs besoins de produits et de conseils techniques;
  • Maintenir à jour l'inventaire du magasin et faire le suivi avec l'équipe des achats pour le réapprovisionnement des produits;
  • Effectuer les entrées et les suivis de commandes liés au magasin en plus de certaines commandes chantiers lorsque demandé par un client du magasin;
  • Effectuer la planification et le suivi des formations ayant lieu au centre de services;
  • Commander le matériel lié aux formations et maintenir l'inventaire à jour;
  • Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.
