Responsibilities

  • Manage the committee’s e-mail inbox, ensuring that messages are logged and responded to within agreed timescales.
  • Liaison with committee staff, Members of Parliament, Specialist Advisers, witnesses and other stakeholders, as required in relation to administrative arrangements.
  • Provide operational support for public engagement events and visits, both in Westminster and outside.
  • Assist with organising fact-finding committee visits in the UK and abroad.
  • Assist with the operational arrangements for committee meetings.
