Responsibilities

  • Assesses OHR and UCM communication needs and objectives. Works with senior management to develop and approve comprehensive communication plan.
  • Determines needs, materials and implementation of communications including medium for delivery and technical resources. Acts as a project manager to oversee work and ensure objectives are met.
  • Acts as a project manager to develop communication materials or implement communications plans. Establishes communication polices or procedures.
  • Assesses efficiency of communications campaigns. Solicits feedback from collaborators and identifies areas for improvement. Incorporates improvements into future communications plans.
  • Developing content including instructional and internal technical system guides prioritizing the end user experience.
