Responsibilities

  • Assist the External Affairs Head with developing and implementing internal and external communications strategies to support environment shaping priorities Support with executive readiness for internal and external engagements, including relevant public, industry and media events.
  • Design and deliver media events in support of commercial and organizational objectives.
  • Drive our company’s Corporate Responsibility and Patient Support Initiatives across South Africa.
  • Create opportunities and drive positive media coverage of our company, its priority disease areas and key brands by developing and implementing an effective media relations strategy.
  • Engage with the leadership to deploy and operationalise Corporate narrative and key messaging on an ongoing basis
  • Develop content for, and oversee the planning, implementation and evaluation of external communication campaigns that help land the Sanofi’s narrative.
  • Input into Employer Branding strategy
  • Create internal communication initiatives that will increase and support internal culture exposure to employees and foster a positive perception
  • Engage with key cross-functional internal teams, stakeholders, third-party agencies, to manage campaigns from start to finish to ensure expectations are managed across the board and deadlines are met
  • Plan monthly content themes for internal communications (including newsletters, videos, internal branding, surveys, campaigns etc) to drive a consistent message to employees.
  • Input ideas for new and existing internal campaigns and take ownership of their development and implementation
