Responsibilities

  • This position provides communications support for the company’s Thought Leadership program.
  • The role is responsible for executing the company’s internal, employee-focused executive outreach program on a day-to-day basis, ensuring all executive outreach meetings occur flawlessly.
  • In addition, this position will support external executive opportunities, including speaking engagements and other related events.
  • Specific responsibilities include assisting with planning, developing briefing documents, messages, writing, using research and analytics to drive planning and messaging, following established processes, demonstrating discipline and organization in executing assignments and plans, contributing to great relationships with clients and co-workers and communicating effectively with them, using metrics to track performance and progress.
  • Other communications activities as assigned.
