  • Essential Qualifications:

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining documentation relating to applications and admissions
  • Scheduling logistics required to move incoming and outgoing residents
  • Developing and implementing community engagement strategies and plans
  • Resolving minor interpersonal disputes between students and/or student staff
  • Implementing plans and process improvements to increase program efficiency
  • Investigating community standard and housing policy breaches
  • Advising on correct disciplinary action to be taken against residents who breach policies and/or cause damage to the facilities
  • Directing the activities of casual staff
