The main location for this position is based in the community offices at Lancaster, supporting North Lancashire.
What kind of patients will I be working with as a Community Physiotherapist?
You will be working with a wide variety of patients, including those with conditions related to elderly care, frailty and falls, orthopaedics, and long-term condition management.
What types of services does the North Lancashire Community Therapy Team collaborate with?
The team collaborates closely with Integrated Care Communities, local GPs, Adult Social Care, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, and hospital discharge teams.
