Requirements

  • Ability to be flexible with hours and time zones to support the workload changes and be able to multi-task effectively

Responsibilities

  • Support the US job architecture project and guidelines to ensure roles are evaluated and correctly positioned in partnership with the HR team and the Compensation partner
  • Create compensation dashboards that show compensation and job architecture metrics and be able to analyze the data to assist in compensation & business partners making an informed decision on sizing a role and pay position using pay ranges
  • Provide consultation and guidance to managers and HR partners on internal data/trends and organization design
  • Manage & support the participation in 3rd party market surveys to determine market pay rates, salary structure and compensation budgets
  • Perform ongoing analysis of job positions to help match and map back to 3rd party compensation data, based on industry trends
  • Participate on various projects such as compensation planning systems, budget planning, FLSA, state requirements, merit planning and geographic location impact on pay etc
  • Formulate and manage the regular review and recommendations regarding FLSA regulations, job revisions and changes to ensure the business is compliant and minimize any risk to the business
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all compensation resources and processes to aid the transparency of compensation materials that supports and aids compensation conversations
  • Provide regular analysis and input into the design, implementation, and ongoing management of compensation strategies as well as some Global resources and tools which can be used by the Global Compensation Partners
  • Collaborates with HRIS teams to optimize compensation systems and tools
  • Build out the education materials on workday that support the users on the learning of job architecture and job profiles
  • Support the Global, Compensation & Reward Director in any ad hoc project work
