Responsibilities

  • Conduct data collection, cleaning, organization, analysis, and interpretation to support people programs such as performance review, goal setting, compensation review (cash and equity), people analytics, and ad hoc projects.
  • Perform data reviews, reconciliation, and ad hoc reporting to ensure compliance, accuracy and to provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct job evaluations, market benchmarking and compensation analyses in line with Weee!'s compensation philosophy.
  • Assist in the design and management of Weee!'s global job architecture, salary planning process, equity compensation program, and incentive plans.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and People Business Partners to provide guidance on compensation recommendations within Weee!'s framework.
  • Participate in compensation survey submissions, conduct market research and contribute to insights on market trends and best practices.
  • Manage sensitive data with integrity and discretion.
