What is the main focus of the Complex Injury Paralegal role?
The main focus is to gain experience in large loss and complex injury work, assisting on catastrophic cases and large loss cases valued from £100k to £5M.
What qualifications are required for this position?
A minimum education standard of 5 GCSEs grades 5 or above or A-C is required, along with an established interest in law, either through further education (e.g. LPC or ILEX) or experience within a legal environment.

Essential skills include understanding the litigation process, good telephone and communication skills, the ability to organize and prioritize tasks, attention to detail, self-confidence, and good literacy and IT skills.
What does the work schedule look like?
The working hours are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
