Responsibilities

  • Support the HKR Team by Reviewing 1st level daily Bridger alerts to detect and mitigate hidden reputational risks that the client may pose for Manulife.
  • To conduct weekly Anti-Terrorist, Factiva and SIP scan on customers covering Corporate Mandated Watch lists.
  • To prepare assessment for customers who are identified as positive/deemed name match for ongoing escalations and further reporting.
  • Documenting and filing alert result for audit and regulatory review.
  • Follow AML guidelines and ensure enhanced due to diligence is applied for Politically Exposed Person, High Risk Clients, and government regulations.
  • Meticulous and attention in clients’ details.
  • Supports different kinds of simple tasks.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure flow of proper information and support.
