  • - Deliver on the spot compliance training at all levels within the facility including delivering the Compliance portion of new associate orientation.
  • - Analyze data to identify program execution gaps and/or trends, identify root cause and support the creation and execution of action plans that will mitigate the risk and drive compliance execution.
  • - Participate in regulatory visits (except Health & Wellness and Human Resource related matters) including the online submission and engaging the appropriate partners for resolution of orders or fines.
  • - Execute and manage the hourly associate accident file process including online submission, accident investigations, modified offer letters and follow up until resolution.
  • - Foster 2-way communication with Store Management that allows for attendance management, progress note completion and accountability to occur as required.
  • - Assist with collection and verification of required items/documents for customer claim folders.
  • - Submit and follow up to Facilities Maintenance requests including the management of pest activity.
  • - Leverage and utilize escalation tools to resolve issues and outstanding tickets.
  • - Conduct safety walks and inspections as an active safety team member.
  • - Follow up on action items identified through Safety Team meeting notes & Inspections.
