Responsibilities

  • Instruire et gérer les sinistres hors délégation des intermédiaires : tous types de contrats Particuliers, Professionnels et Entreprises (ex. : garage, flotte 150 véhicules), dans le respect des engagements de service.
  • Etudier la déclaration et identifier les garanties
  • Avoir une gestion proactive en informant l'assuré du suivi de son sinistre
  • Appliquer les bonnes règles de gestion
  • Déterminer et suivre les provisionnements
  • Missionner les prestataires extérieurs
  • Calculer et proposer les indemnités
  • Détecter les recours et instruire les recours, détecter les fraudes
  • Travailler en coopération avec les services internes (souscription, production, prestataires, service corporel, service prévention ...)
