  • Experience working within the industrial construction industry, specifically with structural steel construction and erection
  • The ability to succeed under strict timelines
  • The ability to prioritize work based on understanding of field timelines (and other needs) and the criticality of the required deliverables
  • The ability to work in a busy team environment

  • Understanding and consistent participation is schedule development / alignment
  • Ensuring construction is complete prior to walkdowns and turnover. When applicable, tracking punches to completion
  • Assist quality in the completion on construction check sheets
  • Ensuring available manpower / equipment aligns with planned scope. Correct or communicate the busts
  • Tracking and communicating Lessons Learned
