Responsibilities

  • Reporting construction costs for Travel, International and High Street businesses
  • Managing costs, driving value and ensuring cost risks are mitigated through external QS resources and internal PMs
  • Ensuring quality tendering and close out processes are followed
  • Working with estimating team to flag cost risks / trends to mitigate cost exposures
  • Managing bulk procured reclaimed stocks
  • Liaising with finance team to ensure that key budgeting milestones are met
  • Ensuring that suppliers are vetted and their works are covered by suitable contracts
