Responsibilities

  • Being able to manage multiple construction projects at any given time, providing a client centric approach and ensuring to meet financial and operational objectives.
  • Build and manage relationship with external trades to support and management Colliers projects.
  • Successfully work with the Property Management team and external stakeholders to assist with design, layout and project solutions.
  • You will develop a well-organized and well-documented project pipeline, with a clear set of expectations of when and how projects are managed.
  • You work proactively with the Property Management team throughout the budget process to identify projects and organizing them into a queue.
  • You develop strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and manage projects in accordance with clear expectations and on time.
