Responsibilities

  • - CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE (CX): allows our clients to transform their relationships with their customers and create experiences (e.g. Customer Journeys, Sales Effectiveness)
  • - SUSTAINABILITY: support our clients to accelerate their net zero transformation at each step of the journey (e.g. ESG Strategy, Climate Change and Carbon Accounting)
  • - ORGANIZATIONAL, PROCESSES & CULTURE TRANSFORMATION: support our clients in the improvement of their performance as well as in the assistance to achieve their goals (e.g. Digital Operational efficiency, HR transformation)
