Responsibilities

  • Conduct field work, including remediation system operation and maintenance (O&M), sampling, drilling, well installation, remedial pilot tests, and construction oversight.
  • Support the diagnosis and repair of mechanical remediation systems and manage subcontractors doing the same.
  • Develop standard operating procedures.
  • Support remediation system optimization.
  • Assist in groundwater and system performance monitoring.
  • Compile and evaluate data and assist in report preparation.
  • Prepare environmental compliance plans, permits, and reports for air quality, hazardous waste, spill prevention, storm water, and wastewater.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Work within quality/budget/schedule expectations and scope-specific assignments.
  • Communicate with subcontractors, regulatory agents, tenants, and clients during field activities.
  • Driving to/from client or project sites is an expectation of the position.
