Responsibilities

  • Responsible to drive purposeful consumer experience with unique value proposition, working directly with the EM (Enterprise Markets) Sectors (Adult, feminine care AFC and Baby, child care BCC) to unlock more business impact
  • Partner with the sector leads to build new capabilities in Consumer Experience Roadmap, Consumer Engagement Enhancement, content, PESO planning and Brands.com
  • Build a strong regional team internally within KC and externally with agency partners
  • Collaborating with the EM sector team on new commercial programs and campaigns
  • Advocating for the consumer perspective to enhance and refine campaigns using consumer data, 0PD/1PD, CRM programs, and past campaign results
  • Partnering with sector agencies to create high-quality content, including digital content tailored to markets and specific purposes
  • Taking ownership of the EM brands.com for each category in conjunction with the DTS team
  • Leading the PESO PLANNING process for the Sector
