No, this is an On-Site Position based at our shop in Tualatin, Oregon, and is not a remote work opportunity.
What type of experience is required for this position?
A minimum of 3 years of improvement experience in a manufacturing environment is required, preferably in a manufacturing or process improvement role.
What educational background is preferred for this role?
A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, business, or other applicable degree and experience combination is preferred.
Are there any specific methodologies the candidate should be experienced in?
Yes, experience and training in Lean methodologies, including 5S, SMED, VSM, Visual Management, Standard Work, Mistake-Proofing, and TPM are preferred.
Is certification necessary for this position?
Yes, a Green Belt level certification in Lean or Lean Six Sigma from a reputable training provider is required.
What software experience is beneficial for this job?
Experience using ERP and MES software, preferably Infor10 ERP (Syteline) and ShopVue, is beneficial.
