Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the continuous improvement strategy for a local organizational unit, including promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Each day, you will mentor and coach teams to achieve operational excellence and drive improved results. You will also showcase your expertise by deploying and leading projects to improve and sustain local business performance.
  • Ensure torque verification and calibration of equipment.
  • Participate in the validation of production test systems.
  • Work with R&D to validate new hardware and/or software releases in the production test systems.
  • Participate in PFMEA and/or problem-solving sessions.
  • Support production during start-ups, new employees onboarding and normal production by training indirect and direct staff. Participate in continuous product and process cross training programs.
