  • Bachelor’s Degree. A Juris Doctor is a plus.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in contract analysis, drafting and negotiation, within a corporate legal department or law firm.

Responsibilities

  • Under the guidance and direction of the Commercial Legal Counsel, draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts including NDAs, master services agreements, SaaS and software agreements and statements of work to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Create and update contract templates for various commercial needs.
  • Identify potential risks and liabilities in contracts and propose strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, company policies and risk tolerance.
  • Work closely with internal departments to understand their contractual needs and provide legal support.
  • Assist in maintaining and managing contract lifecycle management system, ensuring all contracts are accurately recorded, filed, and easily accessible.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on contract policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of contract management processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee invoice and billing management and issue resolution.
