Responsibilities

  • Support sales team through review, redline, and implementation of customer contracts.
  • Process contract activations and executions in Salesforce with administration of customer pricing in Salesforce and Oracle for GSS division
  • Execute best practices for customer contract pricing setup
  • Ensure timely research, root cause resolution and response to pricing inquiries from internal and external customers
  • Maintain an understanding of contract requirements to ensure all applicable contract obligations are met in a timely and accurate manner
  • Identify and present to Management continuous improvement opportunities related to the contract activation and execution process using analytics, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Interact directly with internal and external customers, Marketing, Directors of National Accounts, and field sales regarding contracts (i.e. pricing, products under contract, contract requirement, etc.); provide any ad hoc reports and analyses as requested
  • Collaborate and partner directly with the Sales organization and where required, provide direct customer interaction to ensure effective contract execution
