Responsibilities

  • Atención diaria a los pacientes en sus domicilios, consulta o telefónica para prestar los diferentes servicios de alta, revisión de equipos, resolución de incidencias y retirada de equipos, procurando una atención personalizada y especializada, informando a los pacientes y sus familiares así como verificando la comprensión de la información prestada, según los procedimientos del Grupo AL.
  • Contactar y concertar con el paciente o su familia la cita para la realización del servicio.
  • Describir e instruir al paciente/familiares/cuidadores la terapia que le ha sido prescrita, el equipamiento y el material accesorio fungible que se utilizará así como los aspectos relativos a la seguridad, higiene y mantenimiento relacionados.
  • Facilitar al paciente y a sus familiares el material educativo, audiovisual y/o sobre su terapia, los equipos y otro material instalado asegurando la buena comprensión del paciente y/o su cuidador.
  • Atención diaria a los pacientes en sus domicilios, en los puntos inspira o de forma telemática para prestar los diferentes servicios de alta, incidencias, revisión de equipos, seguimiento de terapia, reaprovisionamiento de equipos o materiales, retirada de equipos y baja de terapias, procurando una atención personalizada y especializada según los protocolos de actuación detallados del grupo Air Liquide para cada operación siendo los mismos de obligatorio cumplimiento.
  • Notificar el cumplimiento terapéutico, las anomalías detectadas, las retiradas y averías de los equipos al responsable correspondiente (Coordinador asistencial, Responsable Operaciones y Personal Administrativo).
  • Cumplimiento de las normas de uso de las herramientas de trabajo.
  • Cumplimento de los procedimientos de trabajo vigentes.
  • Uso de los equipos y sistemas asociados al puesto de trabajo para la ejecución y coordinación de sus tareas.
