You will be working with some of the UK's leading housebuilders, including Barratt Homes, Bloor Homes, Vistry Partnership, and Cotswold Homes.
What are the expected qualifications for this role?
The successful candidate should have considerable experience as a Plots Sales or Residential Property Conveyancer, ideally managing their own caseload with minimal supervision.
Is experience in title investigation required?
Experience in title investigation is beneficial but not a prerequisite for the role.
