Responsibilities

  • Documentation of visual elements and their technical specifications, including but not limited to; film, photo, and Web Application design, securing quotes from vendors, product/vendor specifications, installation guidelines, cleaning and maintenance guidelines, and all other pertinent documentation necessary for daily show readiness.
  • Resort wide management of partnerships across various phases of the implementation process to ensure compliance across projects and departments.
  • Time stamping all resort rehabilitation projects for long term planning purposes.
  • Ensure Resort Show Quality for existing elements including rides, shows, area development, architecture, graphics, animation, effects, lighting, audio etc. is audited, maintained and documented.
  • Supports the strategic communications plan of Resort Show Quality to engage, educate, and influence key internal & external stakeholders about resort wide standards.
  • Organize quality walk throughs and follow up walk through audits.
  • Initiates and manages action items to completion.
  • Responsible for managing the administrative functions of the program.
  • This includes the oversight of all related program functions; including accurate and timely entry of action items.
  • Project scope records; and tracking systems for resort enhancement issues.
  • Develop formats and templates, database maintenance, sending/tracking items, maintaining logs, creating spreadsheets and producing other documents in support of these collected materials, including publishing these documents as directed.
  • Update and maintain dashboard for tracking attraction readiness including show elements.
  • Partnering with Creative, IP Business Partners, and UO Projects teams to ensure consistency with the original design intent.
  • Conduct research as needed.
  • Submit and manage DRF’s.
  • Track and monitor seasonal/routine visual changes to the resort.
  • Ensure timely reinstallation of temporary modifications.
  • Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
