What is the main responsibility of the Coordinator, Resort Show Quality?
The main responsibility is to coordinate the execution of Resort Show Quality and standardization efforts, assist in implementing the RSQ program policies and guidelines, and manage various documentation and audits to ensure show readiness across the resort.
What educational background is preferred for this position?
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred for this position.
How many years of experience are required for the Coordinator role?
A minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in theatrical, film, lighting, theme park design, and installation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
What software skills are necessary for this job?
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and Adobe Creative Cloud is required. Experience with Prolog management system, Maximo, and Java Script is preferred.
What types of documentation will I be responsible for managing?
You will be responsible for documenting visual elements and their technical specifications, including designs, installation guidelines, cleaning and maintenance protocols, and other materials necessary for daily show readiness.

Yes, you will be securing quotes from vendors and managing partnerships with various teams to ensure compliance across projects and departments.
