Responsibilities

  • Participating in discussions on the local marketing and communication strategy for the business sales growth related to events and fairs management
  • Writing articles, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and all product/event information due to make brand awareness in the market
  • Developing, managing and participating in direct press activities like interviews, roundtable discussion, press conferences, partner events and fair while also being a direct point of contact for customers and partners
  • Together with the event manager, organizing fair and events by directly managing external suppliers, booking dinners and hotels for colleagues also with the administration support, creating a communication and editorial plan, designing graphics following guidelines, deciding the stands layout and the storytelling, and finally, all the preparation and management activities of the events/fairs as well as the training of the sales team
  • Leading and supervising with emotional intelligence the work team (about 3 people), consisting of press specialist, CRM expert and event manager, ensuring the achievement of company objectives by monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with southern europe marketing and communication colleagues and Austrian headquarter team taking part in cross-functional projects and meeting
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive working environment, fostering collaboration and professional development of the team, ensuring integrity and conformity to the group's values in all its activities
  • Managing directly booth builders/gadgets/press/services and all kinds of external suppliers needed starting from competition among them and their onboarding process through internal application tool
  • Supporting in budgeting and monitoring the marketing and sales support initiatives/events/fairs operational costs
  • Supervising of administrative practices related to the team leading
