Responsibilities

  • Responsible for reviewing, tracking, and monitoring legislation that impacts the company’s products and/or processes.
  • Updating leadership with timely analysis and summaries of new legislation/regulations affecting the business.
  • Assists in implementing changes to contracts to comply with legislation/regulations.
  • Management of our real estate matters – reviewing leases and preparing Deeds of Make Good.
  • Supporting the review of software licences agreement.
  • Responsible for review of client NDAs and providing advice to the business in relation to the key obligations.
  • Providing a first review of our low value tender opportunities.
  • Responsible for support related to litigation, mediation, arbitration, and responses to complaints.
  • Assisting our company secretary with all company filings and maintaining company licensing.
  • Assisting with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and export controls.
  • Liaising with the KBR’s external legal advisors and other stakeholders as required and as well as other KBR staff internationally.
  • Collaborating with the legal team on operational matters and participate in key industry initiatives.
