The Corporate Recruiting Senior Coordinator collaborates with technical leadership to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies, leads the full-cycle recruitment process, cultivates relationships with candidates, designs innovative sourcing strategies, and provides market insights to build a diverse and talented workforce.
What qualifications are required for this position?
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related area preferred, a minimum of three years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, experience with various sourcing tools, and pipelining and passive recruiting experience is helpful.
Where is the position located?
The position is available in our Dallas/Plano, TX, Fort Worth, TX, or Oklahoma City, OK office locations or can be performed in a hybrid environment aligned with one of these office locations.
