Responsibilities

  • The role is predominately to deal with Housing Disrepair Matters (paying party), but there will be, on occasion exposure to other areas of work undertaken by the team.
  • The appointed Costs Lawyer/Draftperson will demonstrate a genuinely commercial approach, focussed on obtaining the best possible result for the team / business.
  • They must also be confident to deal with external providers and ensure a suitable level of service is provided.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Costs Manager and other costs lawyers as well as the fee earning teams
