  • Risk assessing and preparing Points in Reply
  • Preparing N260 forms (Statement of Costs)
  • Assisting Head of Costs with day to day activities and tasks as required
  • Working with other Cost Lawyers, Cost Draftsman and Fee Earners internally
  • Up to date with relevant case law and rules and provide supervisory assistance
  • Deliver training to the Costs and PIMN team
  • Undertaking any other reasonable duties as requested
