Responsibilities

  • Be the face of PANDORA in Spain and Portugal and lead the 360 operations in the country to achieve our blueprint and goals, maintaining a great level of excellence in the execution.
  • Full retail +wholesale + offices in Spain and Portugal. The role is located in Madrid, with continues visits to Lisbon and Paris and requires fluent Spanish+ English language skills, Portuguese or French would be a plus.
  • This includes full commercial accountability for achieving company targets, including the development and the management of the various company distribution channels (Retail, department stores, Wholesale, Franchisee).
  • Oversee the preparation of strategic plans, Bring a local vision on marketing, property.
  • Prepare budgets, required reports and forecasts and present them to the cluster and global executives.
  • Focus on growth initiatives, including product, brand, market, marketing, and visual merchandising through competitive insights.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with El Corte Ingles, franchise, multi-branded partners to support our growth ambition in Iberia.
  • Develop the local management team (sales + other functions) and always ensure organization capabilities meet the current & future business needs.
  • Inspire and motivate staff to maintain a high-performance culture and promote a great place to work.
  • Appraise the activities of PANDORA Iberia comply with legislation and ethical standards.
  • Ensure the safety and security of assets and resources in Iberia. Ensure that all the operations within the markets are fully compliance with the Company Policies and the Code of Conduct.
  • Negotiating effectively to control costs( Opex- Capex) and encourage business growth.
  • Represent PANDORA Iberia at global and local conferences and other key events involving partners, customers and other PANDORA markets. Be the voice of Iberia in Global meetings.
