Responsibilities

  • To create, maintain and manage Learning Management System (LMS) content.
  • Consistently demonstrate the value of a range of Learning and Development techniques.
  • Work with end user to articulate the training programme deliverables.
  • Recommend changes to training affected processes and procedures and follow through with required updates.
  • Provide training decision outputs within own sphere of responsibility and delegated authority.
  • Analysis of trending training data to manage learning and recommend changes required to improve learning outcomes for the end users.
  • Analyse, design and deliver training to UK MOD JSP822 standards to ensure the Company training outputs remain compliant.
  • Compile data, to a variety of national / international /civil / military specifications, and produce physical/electronic deliverables.
  • Deliver training to the customer.
  • Take responsibility for contributing to team planning, risk management, quality and HSE.
  • Set targets for and manage own development with line manager. Seek and share good practice and knowledge to continuously improve own practices.
