  • Proactively develop business relationships and customer service skills working with Site Point of Contact, candidates, and Project Operations to provide the best service during the hiring process.
  • Recruit, screen, and interview candidates presenting the best talent to Operations for consideration in a high volume, demanding environment.
  • Facilitate internal transfers and referrals ensuring their transition is timely and efficient.
  • Manage a recruiting requisition load of 30-50 job openings at a time (Equipment Operators, Pipelayers, Heavy Equipment Mechanics, Concrete Carpenters, etc.)
  • Utilize SuccessFactors ATS, and various social media platforms, job boards, etc. to source for top talent.
  • Network to recruit active and passive candidates for current positions and build talent pipelines for future career opportunities (attend career fairs, conferences, outreach activities)
  • Extend job offers and see candidates through the onboarding process being available to guide and direct them
  • Actively gain knowledge on recruiting trends, understanding how they align with Kiewit’s business priorities.
  • Collaborate with Operations leaders to determine workforce planning needs and expectations, gaining advanced knowledge of current and future construction projects
  • Create, extend, and bring offers to a close. Demonstrate knowledge of union and nonunion Craft management practices
  • Train and guide hiring managers on recruiting processes on proper utilization and management of requisitions and candidates within ATS
